Shipping policy

In the United States

Order processing time is 1-2 business days and shipping time is 2-5 business days if you are in the US.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $65 or more (before tax). Otherwise, shipping is a small fee of $5.90.

Please note we are not responsible for any unforeseen shipping delays on the courier's end or for lost/stolen packages - please select signature delivery at checkout if you are worried about your package being stolen for any reason.

International

Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies by country but is usually between 7-15 working days.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $250 or more (before tax). Otherwise, shipping varies by country (usually $15-$25).

Please note we are not responsible for any unforeseen shipping delays on the courier's end or due to delays at customs. The buyer is also responsible for any customs fees that may occur upon entering your country. This is not a fee imposed by us but by your country as an import fee and we cannot predict these fees for you. Payment is necessary for delivery or your package may be held by customs.

Please note we are not responsible for replacing or refunding any packages that are marked as delivered by the post office. Contact your local post office if you did not receive your item.
